I recently found Dr. Cosgrove after reading stellar reviews, and my experience surpassed expectations. The short wait upon arrival and Ms. Candy the sweet, efficient hygienist made the visit seamless. The entire staff exudes professionalism, and Dr. Cosgrove's patience and thorough explanations set him apart. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a new dentist!

I've been seeing him for years, he works with your insurance/financial situation. And best of all his work is the best. I've had work done by some of the best dentists because I'm a retired NFL player and they provided us with the best care in all health related categories(gotta keep the product healthy lol) Dr. Cosgrove is as good or better. He'll do extra things that he doesn't have to in order to give you the best smile and health possible. Very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

I've been a patient of Dr Cosgrove since 2000 and have never had any problems or complications. He's friendly, very dedicated and about 12 years ago, he saved my gums and they have been healthy ever since. I moved to Miami 5 years ago but I visit Birmingham twice a year and when I do, I see Dr. Cosgrove for my cleanings and and other problems that might arrive. His new office on Dolly Ridge RD is really nice too! If you're looking for a great dentist, then Dr. Thomas Cosgrove is your dentist! He's worth the drive from Miami to see!

If your looking for a new dentist, look no further. I have been going to Dr Cosgrove for around 30 years and have referred many co-workers and friends, always followed up by a thank you for telling me about him, he is fantastic. Aside from being professional and caring, he gives the best shots EVER! Ten years ago I moved to California and have been unhappy with my dental experiences there, as no other dentist compares and my anxiety having to go elsewhere is so overwhelming. Thankfully around a year ago we bought a home here and now travel back and forth. I was so very happy to be able to see Dr Cosgrove again while I am in town. I have never had a bad experience and trust him completely. If going to the dentist causes you to have anxiety then he is the dentist for you. He has saved me from pain so many times and did I mention he is a shot wizard. .
