Attorney C’Destine Couch provided me with exceptional service. I was unable to find any attorneys in Durham that felt competent to take on an issue that I was having with the former sellers of a house but he jumped in and got my issue solved with ease and made me feel very comfortable. My experience with the firm was better than I had even expected. They realized that while this is something they do everyday, for the client it is life changing at times and they did a good job of reassuring and calming me all through the process. I never felt left out or confused, they explained things step by step *before* they did them. I felt as if I really had a say in how things played out. Attorney C'Destine Couch and the rest of the team took care of my case, with a better than expected outcome but as I said before, most importantly, they understood this wasn't a daily experience for me, things that they may know are simple or 'no big deal' can seem like the end of the world for someone that has never been in court before.
