I wouldn't recommend this attorney to anyone. We did everything to take child custody to trial, and he denied us that right, and even threatened to drop us as clients if we tried to go to trial. The custody battle was awful, and we had more proof than needed to win, and to save my fiance's son from all the abuse, but Wes said no, and said if we don't take offer, and tried trial, he would drop us at trial, and we would be screwed, and end up with nothing. He has the worst ethics an attorney could ever have, and I know I have had great attorneys. This one was by far, the worst.
He has represented my husband and his brother. I myself have a lot of experience with attorney's and he has by far been the worst attorney I've ever spoke with. He will overcharge you n you'll still end up serving time. Do yourself a favor hire that public defender before him. You'll have a better chance
