Also super knowledgeable about the area and have deep roots (this was the attorney that originally helped these owners when they bought the property :) Would highly recommend!

Don't use these people. They have a bad rep for holding up closings and I personally had a terrible experience with Emily Montoya. They kept All my money and made things worse. Didn't return calls for months. Wish I'd never used them. Very sloppy and little attention to detail.
