I recently had the pleasure of participating in Attorney Persad's PCC Program, and I can't speak highly enough about the experience. From start to finish, the program was thorough, informative, and incredibly valuable. Attorney Persad's expertise and dedication to his clients are evident in every aspect of the program. The curriculum was well-structured, covering all the essential topics in detail while also providing practical insights and real-world applications. Attorney Persad was always available to answer questions and provide guidance, making the complex legal and business concepts accessible and understandable. One of the standout features of the program was the personalized attention and support. Attorney Persad took the time to understand my specific needs and tailored his advice, accordingly, ensuring that I could make the most of the information provided. His professionalism, combined with his approachable and friendly demeanor, made the learning experience both enjoyable and effective. I feel much more confident and prepared thanks to the knowledge and skills I gained through the PCC Program. I highly recommend Attorney Persad and his PCC Program to anyone seeking top-notch legal, business education and support.
Tee Persad and his team is the best. Not only are they able to dispense of our case, but we look forward to working with Tee as our ongoing attorney.
Tee Persaud has been an incredible asset to our organization and he has a heart to serve the local community. Highly recommended!
I had the pleasure of working with Evelyn, an immigration lawyer that I know for more than a decade, who helped me with my son waiver application in 2021 and also with my father motion to reopen case this year. Evelyn is a professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. She took the time to listen to my concerns and provided me with clear and concise information about the process. Throughout the entire process, Evelyn kept me informed and up-to-date on the progress of those applications. She was always available to answer my questions and address any concerns that I had. Thanks to Evelyn's expertise and hard work, my son waiver and my father request to reopen a case application was approved. I couldn't be happier with the outcome of those cases. Overall, I highly recommend Evelyn Pabon Figueroa to anyone who needs an immigration lawyer. She is an excellent attorney who truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to ensure that their needs are met.
Lawyers are paid based upon how much money their clients pay CPLS -- undisputed fact. CPLS earned six figures based upon percentages it received from my clients and my partners' clients -- undisputed fact. CPLS took monies from those clients without paying me what was due to me -- undisputed fact. Great majority of lawyers at CPLS have modest to no book of business -- undisputed fact. For those with good book of business -- THEY LEFT -- undisputed fact. CPLS recently came to mind because CPLS sued one of my cIients and -- consistent with past behavior -- failed to pay me my share of legal fees collected from and due me as to my clients. The notion you/CPLS "trained me" and that "subsequent" my departure I suffered "challenges personally and professionally" is a psychic feat inaccurate and false. We share NO "common" friends, NO "common" colleagues, NO "common" neighbors, NO "common" organizations, NO "common" anything.
