Today, going in to the courthouse to file a letter to fire the PD. Says the courts denied her motion? Because they didn’t get a letter from me? Called and they were like “ hmm, ok?”. Anyways, reason for this is that she is trying like crazy to get me to take a plea on a charge that I was never cited for, am not guilty of, keep telling her I didn’t do this! Yet, every time I talk to her, she’s pushing, well, what if...?? How about we offer this and you can do that? NO, what part of NO don’t you understand? I didn’t do what they’re saying I did and I certainly am not guilty of this other charge that the other driver was actually charged with. So, I will represent myself, and think I’ll have better luck.
I don't dislike it.. Attorneys need to fight for their clients more If they can't do it they need to refer them out.. Remember this is our life ! It has to be just as important to you or you have no business being am attorney
My case has gone on for a year and a half and have only been able to meet with my attorney twice and three phone conversations. Also my attorney completely missed my court date and have not heard or gotten a reply to numerous voicemails left daily. My attorney also has failed to fill numerous papers that I need in my case. Office is not helpful at all.
Lee Griffith, gave me incorrect information throughout my whole case, gave wrong dates for important court appearances, only returns about half your calls, and still likes to think he's on top of his stuff. Its really no wonder why he has 1 star on every lawyer review site.
I got assigned a public defender for a DUI charge. I could have paid upwards of $10,000. For a hired lawyer!! But I feel that I got the best defense I could ask for from Crabtree and Rahmsdorff without paying thousands of dollars!
