Our case took 3 years!!!! They were so helpful. They helped us when needed with advances and when my husband was in the hospital due to pneumonia they sent flowers and took care of us even more. I have never just been so depressed and stressed out dealing with this firm. Don't believe the things you hear about these lawyers. They do not keep your life running, they do not care if you are in pain. The only people that will benefit would be there doctors, if you choose to use their doctors that's a big mistake. I was involved in two car accidents, I lost my car and I still deal with pain. I had to deal with three different lawyers never got any clear answers about my cases. I was tossed around and treated like my cases didn't even matter. To be involved in two car accidents you can't even walk away with no pain. And they settle your case not even to cover the possibility to be able to afford a new car. Really I was told I had no pain and stuffing. Talk about getting your last lawyer never meeting him face-to-face until it's time for mediation and then he tried to bash you on your case and try to tell you that your case not going to go anywhere blind your injuries on your weight that's the kind of lawyer I'm dealing with. My lawyer told me, my cases wasn't worth anything, he had no ambition,no Drive, no motivation, no concern for me being his client. I should have went with my first mind to fire this Law Firm. I feel like I'm fighting More Tears right now then I can explain what is firm has made me feel like. Do not call them if you are in a car wreck!

My experience with this company has been awesome. They really do what they tell you they are doing. Even though my case took a year(the other part's fault) E&W still held their ground and got me everything that I need in a timely fashion. My lawyer Brain Mincher was awesome and super funny. Him and his team kept me sane through it all. I DO RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!!
