The MLS program is incredibly unprofessional. They are bigoted and definitely just a money a grab. The director of the program has a law degree from and taught for years at a school that’s not even accredited now. UCLA as a whole is incredibly anti-veteran. Faculty, Staff, and lots of the student body will hate you just because of your background if you served in the military. They don’t offer application fee waivers to veterans like most top universities do. They also don’t offer any tuition incentives except for what they’re required to by law. They are not full participants in the yellow ribbon program either. There are only roughly 600 veterans with a student body of 45,000. That horrible veteran representation should tell you everything you need to know. If you served your country and want a decent college experience, do not attend UCLA. Not sure how they rank so high on us news for veterans when this is the experience for veterans who actually attend UCLA.
I'm proud of my Daughter of choosing UCLA School of Law. ????????
Outstanding professors and fun students. I love it here!
Very intense library. You can almost smell the bar exam in there. But if you wanna get work done in here you will be galvanized to do so. Professor Morris had his office hours here in rooms with shelves and shelves of legal books. Very interesting rooms you'd think were from meeting rooms in a parliament of some sort. Good building, they have networking events for law students and I haven't taken a class here yet. Also it's a bit confusing but just make sure to locate the stairs and ur fine.
The building is locked not open to the public.
