Tried to hire an attorney to help establish a more fair child support order and go for a parenting plan that allows kids to have a fair amount of time with both parents. Current order is 900 a month of an 1800 a month income. Parent cannot even afford basic survival at that point. Attorney was rude and kept making jokes as if the kids not having fair time with the parent is a joking matter. The attorney ultimately said "I guess he should have stayed with one of the 2 mothers" now mind you, this mother was physically abusive, mentally abusive and ran off for 7 years while he raised the kids on his own then she took off to another state to be with a guy that had money (admittingly telling the childrens attorney she was using him for the stability". This attorney would have known some of this had he even remotely cared to ask about the case or pretend to be interested. I'm glad he showed his true colors befor paying a retainer. How unprofessional of a family law attorney.

Attorney Mike Jones is awesome. Down to earth easy to talk to. Highly recommend.

The worse attorney! Waste of money and time, he just go with the flow, do nothing to help on our case, he is always trying to agree with the opposite side and settle for whatever they propose! Make sure YOU read every single word because he will not do it for you and he will only focus on the money parte! He is not competent enough to do his job.

Had a truly terrible experience and would highly suggest finding another law firm. The attorney we had excepted another position in the middle of our case and basically stopped working for us. The firm made no effort to remedy the situation. It was an exceptionally bad situation that we were stuck in. Attorney met with one of the witnesses at Bunko.. the whole situation was extremely unprofessional.. so if having an attorney that is actually working for you and doing what they should is important to you we highly recommend finding another law firm.
