I was referred to Mr. Spann. However, at the time he was covered up with other cases. Mr. Spann could have been selfish instead he gave my case to his partner Ramona Morrison. From day one. Her team was on top of an extremely complicated situation. Not only is Mrs. Morrison‘s team responsive they also understand the law they practice. I say that because I’ve been on the other side of that situation. There is no $$ amount for proper legal representation. Mrs. Morrison‘s assistant has kept me updated every step of the way and has gone above and beyond to help myself and most importantly my son. I highly recommend this firm. I was looking over some of the reviews today. And I will say, they are responsive! As I saw several messages that were pertaining to them not returning phone calls. That is absolutely incorrect. You get what you pay for! Thank you Romona for all of your help. Also, I want to thank your team as well.
Can be slow to respond because he is super busy BUT I think JS did a great job handling my divorce. We were up against some pieces of work to say the least. He always kept a cool head and never showed his ruffled feathers or backed down. I am happy with my experience. I would highly recommend him as he always has your back and your interest at heart. And to all the ladies out there-NEVER SETTLE be a Bulldog! Max out your retirement as it may make you the fittest in survival one day.
These folks never call you back. I have left messages for Jonathan and his assistant Holly several, several times; so has my wife. For months now I have been waiting for a response to two simple questions. I just spoke to Morrison's assistant, not sure why, and she was very rude and hung up on me. I will never recommend them to anyone. Good luck with using Jonathan Spann.
Took 2 years and 9 months for divorce case to be heard by judge. Very hard to get a return call. Jonathan was not prepared when trial was heard. He was at another trial when mine was finally heard. He sent another person to start the trial because he knew he would be late. Seems after waiting almost 3 years he would have made a point to be there for my trial. I sent him material to use in trial ( Bank accounts, Thrift accounts, yearly income, etc..) He charged me 15 minutes for reading each piece of info that he only used maybe 3 or 4 of them in whole trial. They also had me pay a $5,000 retainer fee up front. Never received bill breakdown even after asking for it. They sent one the week of trial and i owed them $8,000. The money ($5,000) ran out the first 6 months. If i would have known this i would have got another lawyer. In their defense he did work with me on this bill. After trial was over and time went by i talked to ex. We both compared notes of adventure. One week we went to courthouse for trial to be heard by people who would hear the facts of case and give their opinion how they felt judge would rule giving us the chance to go ahead and settle right then. While in the room hearing this they had all the individuals that was going to help us. There was 20 to 25 people that was there for each case. We step outside and was waiting on Jonathan to come and get us. Jonathan sent one of his people and said that my ex did not want to do this and that there was only 3 people to here cases and we would be there all day. Well my ex told me her lawyer said the same thing about me. One big lie. Then about 2 years into trial to be heard my case was scheduled to be heard and it was canceled. I asked Jonathan why he said judges boy was sick but found out that he approved rescheduling trial because ex wanted to go on vacation that week. Remember me and my ex are comparing notes now. Well i could go on but i believe you get the idea.
