This was a great experience for me with this company. From to start to finish was easy and stress free. I ordered 8 windows and it was installed in a matter of hours, at the end everything was back to normal and all debris and garbage was cleaned out with the old windows. Once again thank you guys.

We recently had sixteen new Crystal windows installed in our apartment. The windows are amazing and made a huge difference in the feel, temperature consistency and sound inside our home. We are very happy with the fit, finish and ease of operation…the windows are effortless to open/close and seal tightly. We had a mixture of double-hung and tilt-n-turn models, and both perform beautifully. American Windows Plus was our dealer/installer and we highly recommend them as well.

Having had business with Jeannie earlier, I contacted her to have two drafty windows replaced in my mother’s bedroom. She sent her staff promptly to measure and provided a reasonable price. My mother is very pleased with her new windows because it is much more sound proof.

Our windows were just replaced. It was a great job and the window’s quality is very good. Window replacement is big project for a family. You have to choose the right grade of window and use the right installation company at the same time. We have shopped around for a while, and finally a friend highly recommended Peter (American Windows Plus), he advised us to choose Crystal 2000A, E70 for our new windows. Though a little bit more expensive, it is really high quality glass. The new windows not only keep the home warm but also quiet.
