I went in and Talked to Rob, told him my concerns, asked some questions, gave facts of the case etc. He answered all my questions, put my mind at ease, and was able to tell me about how long it would take for my case to be settled... Whenever I would call the office the ladies were always very friendly, able to give me up to the minute updates, and if they could not answer a question had Rob call me within 24 hours, and once while he was even on vacation (I was super impressed with that) Rob and his team were able to work through a very confusing case that I never could have taken on alone, and I`m very grateful for the amount of time and work they put on my case, and best of all he got me a much better settlement than I ever expected.
