They hire incompetent lawyers and charge you more money to fix there mistakes. I would not recommend this law office.

To sum it up... if I ever need a lawyer again, I would turn to Janet Byrd. She took the time to answer my questions and ensure I knew what my options were as I went through a difficult divorce. She also helped me protect my children. Janet took the time to show she cared and was always prompt and thorough. As I previously stated, Janet Byrd would be my first choice in legal matters like divorce, custody, etc. She was and still is professional, knowledgeable, caring, and effective.

As probably in most small towns in the south, you only have a few attorneys to turn to when you need help so this probably not an anomaly but the norm. I meet with Janet for the usual free consulation, and we told her that we needed an attorney in refers to a divorce case and wanted any attorney that we hired to be aggressive and fight for us to the best of her ability. She told us that she could do a lot to help me and convinced me that she would work hard to get me the best deal. It wasn't till after I gave her my $1,500 retainer did I find out that all isn't what it appeared to be. Most of the things that she said she would do for me, she never did or told me later that there was nothing she could do about winning that issue for me. She was always on vacation and I spent most of my time trying to reach her but ended up speaking with her administrative assistant instead of her. I soon figured out that she already struck a deal with the other opposing attorney behind closed doors and was merely going through the motions to rush my case along. I was soo upset. Everything I was told would happen in my favor did not. I felt that she was working more for herself than for me and my case. Please do not use this woman when filing for a divorce or any other case. learn from my bad experience.

Great Service!! Can't choose any other over lawyer Paschal. My experience with her has been excellent. She handled my case with plenty of wit and tact. She fights for clients without reservations. Keep doing what you are doing for vulnerable people like me.????

Awesome attorney. Very caring. She has helped me in a divorce and custody battle. Her and her staff goes above and beyond anything you would expect. I would suggest using her to anyone.
