I have been in court with Emily numbers of times. She is absolutely on her A game in the courtroom EVERY SINGLE TIME. She is a hard worker and I’m proud to have her to fight for me. Stephanie is also amazing and together they keep you informed of everything with your case. That makes life easier when you are already going through a difficult time.

Called to speak with someone regarding an estate matter. The receptionist advised me that they wouldn’t help me because it wasn’t in their county, but a bordering county seated 30 minutes away. This is what people PAY attorneys for, their time and expertise. If you’re not willing to give a client your time they’re paying you for, you should find another profession. I’ve spoken to several other attorneys in Gadsden that would be more than willing to help for a matter in a neighboring county.

We needed help with our estate planning including our power of attorney and advance directives. Mr. Cusimano explained the paperwork in detail and was extremely helpful with questions. We are very grateful to have his expertise for this important step.
