Debra S. Nelson is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in Minnesota state courts, the United States Federal District Court of Minnesota, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. She has over 18 years of experience in the following areas of law: general business and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial and residential real estate transactions (ranging from start-up companies to multimillion dollar companies), contract law, government contracts and employment law. She has litigation experience in the areas of general business or commercial litigation, including breach of contract, mechanic’s lien foreclosures, non-compete actions, and commercial evictions. She also practices in the areas of probate, business succession planning, estate planning, trust administration, guardianships and conservatorships.
