Dale L. Smith PC

Well, most recently, very disappointed in him. Used him in the past and he's a very nice man that took care of business. Hired him to sell her house hard to get a hold of then when we did he yelled at my husband told him to stop calling there, my husband was trying to get ahold of him to tell him it's important information and no one will return his calls. I would not hire him again.

Dale Smith is the best, period. Incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about his work. Whoever says otherwise clearly has a personal issue with him and his office and shouldn't be taken seriously. Will never go anywhere else, always a class act and pleasure to deal with it.

Was unprofessional and rude to me and my wife. Did not really seem to listen to the issues we were having. Made character judgements about me and my wife. We are good people and would not recommend this attorney to no one. He was very rude that we had our kids with us and they were ryan. He told my wife to take them out of the room and deal with it.

Dale smith is all about money and that's it. He was a horrible attorney. At first he seemed legit but then when my daughters dad was keeping her from me after going to court and getting everything established and started not letting me see her, Dale said he couldn't do anything unless I paid him another 800 dollars on top of what I already paid which was 2000. I would never use him and never recommend him to anyone. He is far from being friendly or a committed lawyer.

I would say he's corrupt. We hired him to get my granddaughter back. And everything seemed to be going well until the other party in the case got a lawyer..then he started defending the other side. He's worthless and money driven. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy. Find better and don't waste your time or money.
