Unhappy with my mediation experience... I felt that he spent a lot of time telling stories, and focused more attention on my wife and her case than me and mine. He spoke privately with her and would follow up with her via email, but ran out of time to speak privately with me and did not respond to my follow up emails. He did give us some useful advice, but I found most of the "creative solutions" he offered simply came from the divorce packet you can get online or from the court. I also found that some of the things he told me conflicted with information I received from other attorneys -- not in my favor. Lastly, he told us that he would draft the divorce paperwork and send it to us, as originally promised, just including what we had agreed on so far, since we didn't come to a full agreement, and we never got it. He may have had some reasons for favoring my wife, but if so, I wish he would have brought them up instead of just ignoring me.
Paid for my divorce, didn’t finish my divorce. Made one mediation meeting that got us no where. He was to busy running for a campaign that he was never going to win. For weeks I kept emailing and calling about my divorce and he just couldn’t be bothered. I asked him to finish my divorce and he agreed and then told me he wasn’t going to practice family law anymore. What a joke of a business man. I DO NOT RECOMMEND him to anyone!
They were very professional and helped me with the questions I had.
Very fair and easy to work with.
