I called him due to the passing of my mother. They had used him to do Trust Planning back in 2011. They are hours from us. I asked him what services he could offer. He described what he would do for us. I thanked and that was the last I talked him. I now have gotten an $84 bill. I guess its b/c they updated our contact information in the trust and that is it. He did nothing for us but still charging us $84. I will pay it but I fully disagree b/c he didn't do anything for us.
