In my opinion, Warren is Corruption & lack of professionalism at its best. I had to to tell him my name 4 times in 20 minutes even after writing it down.

I'm super grateful to Mr. Danz and his office for being so great to rent from. Maintenance leaves a bit to be desired but overall Warren, Anna and John at the office are really good people and if given a choice I would rent from there again.

Watch out for this guy.. i rented from him he wouldnt clean out apartment before i moved in still had to pay deposit. he doesnt fix anything hell when it was raining out side it would poor threw the roof he wouldnt fix it mold issues were crazy not including the rats that would come threw the vents not mice but rats.. i told him i was moving out months ago and a month later after i done moved out he trys to issue a evection notice.... worst slum lord ever
