The guys at USCIS are always helpful. Now, as for the actual rules and immigration process, well, that is TOTAL CRAP. Immigration process is so unfair and harsh to my Hungarian wife. But even through all of the problems, the men and women at USCIS in Cleveland Ohio are always helpful and they give me great advice. I hate it when a legal office refuses to give advice due to liability. Screw that! These guys aren't a bunch of tools and they aren't afraid to give their opinions if they think it will help. I really appreciate them very much.
