Had a simple closing. The Paralegal can't answer questions nor spell correctly. Had to have my deed redone 4 times, since she couldn't get my name right even though I emailed to them. Just so frustrating.

I had a refinance on 8-16-21 st 11:00 am, I show up and all the doors are locked so I knock at one door no answer, so I go around to the very back corner and there was a door and it was open, I walk in and no one is there so I say hello, and Attorney Spivey says hello how did you get in here....I stated thorough the door, he says can I help you I said yes I have a refinance closing today at 11:00, he says ok have a seat in the lobby. He returns with the phone and puts on the lady I made the appointment with, she says I am so sorry mu husband broke his hip over a week ago, and we cannot do the closing tofay, mind you I have workers starting on my house, painters windows, deck..so on now mind you I took the day and also lost a days work..I asked why didn't anyone from or office call me....all they could say basically is ohhh well sorry.. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SPIVEY OR ANYONE IN HIS OFFICE
