Mr Boniello represented the seller for my current home. My closing date was almost 30 days later than my offer agreement. Mr Boniello seemed very competent and personable during my closing meeting and I appreciated his professionalism as a first time home buyer. However, the seller's water bill has been left unpaid for more than 6 months now, and I have been unable to get the issue rectified.

Mr. Boniello is a well competent attorney. He has helped me and my family close on our home and it was a smooth transaction! He is very knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly. He is a very honest attorney. We went to many attorneys and some never even returned our calls. Mr. Boniello provided us with a great price and helped us through everything. His staff was very friendly and kept in touch with us on every change. He not only helped us on our closing of our home but also helped us establish our Last Will and Testaments, now my husband and I feel secure. Thank you, Mr. Boniello for all your help!

David is a great man! He helped me on my first purchase of my home. The reviews left are not accurate. He deserves more than a 5 star. He is very knowledgeable and his staff was on top of everything. He emailed me when I had questions, or contacted me directly. I know he had a period of transition in his office with his staff and now they seem to be in a better spot. They are very attentive and friendly. He also helped me establish my business and now I own and operate a well established barber shop in Lockport. I couldn't do it without him! I will continue to use him as my attorney and recommend anyone who needs help.

Hire them to take on my dads estate and it has been nothing but a living hell. Was better off doing it ourselves. The lady Sandra who was working for him took on the case and ended running with my dad estate and many others and was never notified. A year after we paid Mr. Boniello and now he is saying he never got paid when we have a copy of the check with his stamp on the back of the check and the our bank said it was cashed and cleared.

I currently have a case with mr.boniello . He is very blunt and straight to the point, which is exactly what my grandfather & I were looking for. He even helped wheel my grandfather back to my car once. He doesnt give you a run around and does his best with kindness and courtesy to accomplish what needs to be done, with covid messing timing up considered. Will continue to work with mr.boniello. his staff is friendly as well.
