There is not enough good things I can say about Dave. He has been a godsend through my TPR process. David is beyond an amazing Attorney! He helped me through my divorce and did what he thought was fair for both parties. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer! During my initial consultation, Jungman showed me a detailed spread sheet of another clients personal bank records as an example of his own accounting to track expenses. He also led me to believe our meeting was free by stating he was cutting me a break because he told some "war stories." A week later I received a bill for my initial consultation. I called him for clarification and he immediately became defensive, and copped an attitude with me for no reason. He stated that its a valid bill and I'm going to pay it. Then he rudely said "ya know what you can go elsewhere". The summary of my experience is I recieved a bill for him telling me about his son who was under contract to have a car when he was a teenager and how proud he is of his son for being such a good kid growing up. Highly unprofessional. Seek legal counsel elsewhere.

My wife and I were going through a divorce and decided to use David Jungmann because he was close to us. Needless to say, this ended up being a poor decision on our part. We felt David was unprofessional and very harsh in his treatment with us...especially when I called about a payment issue and he hung up on me. Needless to say, we're glad we went with another lawyer.
