Very responsive! Pays attention to detail. He seems to have a compassionate nature and I am very happy to start my adoption journey with him! He is amazing! Highly recommend! Where most attorneys will not contact you back. He’s different. He will call you and he will text you. He’s super nice!! And competent.

I was trying to find an attorney at the last minute.I called mosberg's office on Friday at 1 PM.And I have court on this coming Tuesday.Not to mention memorial day is on monday. He was able to speak with me right away and Was confident that he could keep me out of jail. He is going call the judge and reschedule my court date so he can be there to represent me and then so on so forth. So I will post more after the case is done, but he seems like a really decent guy and I'm super relieved right now.! Thank you

The sorriest excuse for a lawyer i ever seen , dont do anything except what he has to,,then its last minute , he rushes thru just to make it easy on himself and court ( hes also judge in celing ok ) he talked all good till i paid him and i told him from day one ill take my case to, Trial first thing he does is demand we waive it . he was not on my side , i asked him to ask prosecutor something, he wouldn’t even listen,,never once asked me what actually happened or my side of story , absolutely strongly don’t recommend!! Ur ten times better with a public defender or yourself for that matter

Mr. Mosburg was very responsive and helpful. I called about a filing late on a Friday afternoon, the following week he had my documents filed with the court. Less than 2 weeks later, I just got confirmation that my filing was accepted and I have the resolution I was looking for! Mr. Mosburg was great about keeping me updated through out the process, and answered all of my questions. I'd recommend to friends and family, 5 stars.

I went in yesterday 3/30/23 around 1600 or 4pm to ask if they could help me with a civil lawsuit. The Hispanic secretary or receptionist that answered the door for Mr. Mosburg asked right away, can I help you? I told her, I'm being sued & I don't understand everything. The receptionist / secretary said, we don't do this & she was not a nice lady, the whole time she was condescending & made me feel like I was less than dirt. I didn't understand what was going on other than being sued. She talked down to me & it felt like she didn't want to help in anyway what so ever, not even referral. I stopped talking after she looked at me and said, someone is suing you. I put my hand out & motioned for my paperwork back & I walked out & away. My dad has used Mr. Mosburg before. I don't have anything negative against Mr. Mosburg. But his secretary is bad at her job. All the other receptionist or secretaries that I've talked to, at least referred me to a different lawyer or tried in some other form to help me out. I'm not one that post, but the lady at Mr. Mosburg's office made me feel like I was worthless & she didn't have the time of day to deal with me.
