Called because this office handled my Father In Law’s will and he passed. Just wanted to make an appointment to talk to someone because we had no idea what we needed to do. The woman that answered the phone was the rudest person we’ve encountered during this whole experience. Mr. Jefferies, this woman is costing you business. We have since found an office that’s much more professional and way more compassionate.

I’m using him to file my bankruptcy and he has been amazing during the process!
