In February of 2024 my son was injured and then neglected at his daycare (he is perfectly fine and healthy now) after I found out about everything I called one of the big billboard lawyers only to be told I didn’t have a case… after doing some research I found David and Philpot. My case is finally closed today and I could not have been happier with the way my sons case was handled. The office staff are so kind and just amazing at their jobs! They really care about my son and how he was doing! In the beginning when he needed medical attention they would send regular emails asking how he was! I was able to speak on the Phone with Mr. David multiple times and he worked so hard to get my son the settlement he deserved! I truly hope no one ever needs one but if you do I HIGHLY reccomend David and Philpot!
