I would absolutely refrain from hiring David Elder for any drivers license restoration matter. David was extremely unknowledgable in so many aspects of the restoration process and the stipulations to which are entailed, which ultimately led to the denial of my license. The state of michigan evaluators specifically told me that my attorney should have never filed my paperwork.
