TERRIBLE!!!! The lack of communication and professionalism made me instantly regret hiring them. Despite the defendant admitting they were the ones at fault, Kohm and his team failed to secure a settlement where I wouldn't still be left with medical bills. So I get hit rear ended but am responsible for my medical bills? Never again will I work with this firm.
