I owe a tremendous amount of thanks to David, for his help with my case. From the first phone call he set realistic expectations, laid out his fee structure, and helped calm me down while I was quite worked up about my situation. David really delivered and helped me get the outcome I wanted with my case which avoided extensive hearings and additional stress. I appreciated the upfront pricing which was an initial retainer fee and clearly laid out additional fee’s based on the progress of the case. More than anything else David took the time to understand my situation, and explain clearly what the best and worst case scenarios were as well as what his experience told him would happen. I know that I might feel differently if I didn’t win but the comfort that I had someone on my side who really knew what he was doing was very big.
