Excellent survey company! Extremely responsive and reasonably priced! I called 7 survey companies in the Hampton Roads area. Most of the survey companies were booking surveys 2 and 3 weeks from the booking date. Davis & Associates said they would complete our residential survey within 5 business days. I booked the survey in the afternoon and they completed the survey the next morning! Moreover, Davis & Associates' prices were competitive with the companies. One of the other survey companies in the area was charging TWICE the price for the same survey and the earliest available appointment was over 2 weeks later! Finally, the Davis & Associates staff were friendly on the phone and in person. If you need surveying done, this is the only company you need to call!

Kristina was great at communication. I called about eleven companies and only a few managed to call/email me back. Davis and Associates was quick, easy to communicate with, and had an easy method to establish services. I highly recommend for getting a residential survey!

I contacted Davis & Associates as a recommendation from my realtor. I used their website to put in an inquiry late at night. I received an email the very next morning from Kristina. She was professional in her communication with me and explained the process from start to finish complete with timelines. She estimated 12-15 days before someone could come out. Since I was not in a rush, I agreed. I signed my contract and within 3 days 2 surveyors showed up at my house. The gentleman knocked on my door, explained the process, and answered all of my onsite questions. Within 10 workdays of the surveyors leaving my house, I received an email from Kristina explaining the work was completed and she mailed my plats. My experience was nothing short of amazing. I validated with Kristina that the survey I was requesting would allow me to get a permit for what I was trying to do. With every email she sent to me, she continued to say if you have any more questions, please let me know. She was genuine with her statement, thorough with her responses, and quite professional. Much appreciated and if anyone is looking for a great survey company, I highly recommend Davis & Associates.

Highly recommended! Staked out my property and even managed a difficult situation with my neighbor in a professional manner. Reasonable pricing, if you ever wanted to know your actual property lines, call these guys, worth every penny.
