I would not recommend this law firm. There was little to no communication with me about my case. I was not respresented in the way I should have been in my workers comp case and an appeal was never filed. Worst experience I have ever had with a lawyer. 3 years of my life wasted. Phillip Shell is the last person I would recommend to anyone to handle legal matters. I wouldn't even give this place 1 ????,but had to in order to leave a review. I had to call a lawyer at another lawyer firm to even find out what was really going on with my workers comp case.

Phillip Shell handled my workers comp case with absolute professionalism... the insurance company would do nothing to honor their responsibility... however Phil changed their attitude and I believe I got what was truly Justified in this instant case... I would highly recommend Phillip Shell...

Phil himself was great he walked me through the process and explained everything well when i had questions. His assistant Erika Rosekelly is rude, short and ultimately not professional she would not return phone calls and get mad when you would follow up. I had to eventually reach out to the other attorney because she was not following up on my questions or returning my calls. unfortunately for behavior alone i would not recommend this office

Few years ago I worked with Phil to get my disability going and he was so fast at what he does and really did not play around! If you need assistance in that arena he is the one to go to! I’d hire him again in a heartbeat
