Excellent doctor who saved my life when no one new what was going on in my system (lupus)

Dr is ok, my husband was a new patient. Now the office staff, please if you call that staff. First they were suppose to submit the request for therapy and have therapy call him, NOT HAPPENING, so we call 3 weeks later and said hello, we have not heard form therapy, they said we will fax order now they will call you today for sure. Well the order wasn't faxed 3 weeks ago? No she said, (nice real nice) , so we wait, again no call from therapy. Today 6.20.2018 , we call again, the receptionist had a bad call reception, sounded like we were talking on a bad cell phone connection. Then she was not professional at all, she would say WHAT? instead of excuse me? She comes back and unprofessionally said, I can't find anyone here right now they can call you later, and I said look been 3 weeks, what would make me think after all this they would call, can't you find someone to help, she said no one willing to help me , then I said really, no one wanting to help you, hubby is new patient, I see where this is going, obviously you do not need my husband business. then she said wait they are calling me back, and put me on hold....for a long time...I just hung up, I am done.

The worst office! If you want to make an appointment you have to waste at least one hour on the phone. The office manager and staff are so unprofessional and disrespectful. Dr. De Solo is great, but unfortunately the staff at the office have no respect for you or your time. Every time i need to make an appointment, or change my appointment I have to actually drive there since no one answer the calls, however they charge you if you don't show up. they don't understand that If they don't answer the call how can I change my appointment. Debra the office manager is the worst and she is so impolite and disrespectful. I wish I could give 0 rating, but I have to give 1.

I don't know what you think I'm going to tell you I was a patient of the doctor, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in his office, after a few months I had two incidents of a lot of pain that left me immobile in my back. I was scared that is why I made an apoiment because my husband was afraid that he would drive me. When I mentioned it to him in his consultation (at that moment someone came in to tell him that he had a call) he stopped and told me that he had no idea what the pain was, he stand up and left.

Well if i could give a big fat zero star i would but unfortunately i have to put one. I got there late because traffic and of course don't even try to get a parking in the garage because every single one is reserved and the only 5 guests are taken, i had to park at a gas station to walk to the office in pain cuz of my medical problem just to find out thay if you are late THEY WILL NOT SEE YOU. It was my first visit and thank god my last because i work in a medical field and my patients come first. We are not dealing with people that are buying shoes or purses or a car we are dealing with people that are sick and don't come to us for pleasure and if you don't know how to deal with patients and don't know how to be professional then get another job. In my opinion with experience as a medical professional for 16 years this office is very UNPROFESSIONAL, NASTY ATTITUDE AND DEFINITELY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENT AT ALL . And if a doctor has people working for him there like that i don't even want to get to meet him either. My doctor recommended me this doctor because he knows him but i will definitely speak to my doctor to make sure he never sends patients to this office because is going to end up making him look bad that he recommends people to such an unprofessional place cuz i can't even call it a doctor's office.
