I highly recommend Dean & Dean for your real estate needs. I called for advice on a property sales transaction. I talked personally to Jon Dean and he immediately understood my situation and directed me as to what to do. I sent him an email I received from the buyer and Jon reviewed it and gave me his advice. He also said that I did not need his services because the transaction was already being handled by a title company. I was amazed that Jon did not want to charge me for the phone calls or advice. That generosity is rare in this world!! I thank him and appreciate the peace of mind he gave me.
