Completely satisfied. From the first conversation with Samantha and how quickly she was able to get me in contact with Joel her professionalism attentive to detail, and I think she is a great fit for Debt Shield Law. Also I spoke with Joel. He was able to grab a hold of the situation and I will let you know how everything goes to be continued, but I am very very satisfied.

Myrna and Joel saved me. I had my identity stolen, and they helped me win a case where I would have been on the hook for close to 10,000 dollars! They also knowing not wealthy worked with me on the price. They are truly driven into their profession to help people. Above them being extremely competent in law, they are wonderful people.

With that said not only was it removed quickly but no longer will the bogus debt collector and the fraudulent company that placed the debt will be a factor in my life and credit again. For those reading this review having excellent credit my whole life, I was caught in a unsavory and fraudulent transaction in which I had spent over $5000 in attorney fees ( another law firm) in which they didn't help, and at the end this company still placed a $22,000 collection on my credit. At wits end I sent my file to Debt Shield fully documented of everything that took place that I gave the previous attorney and I received a call from Melissa (wonderful) and she explained the process. With that said, I sent them $1500 to process my paperwork. Within weeks I received a call from Joel my attorney assuring everything will be alright and proceeded the process. A few days ago 9/10/2023 that collection was removed and was also refunded the $1500 I used to start the process. I can only say by far this is a first rate company. If anyone has debt issues with many of these bogus companies that prey on the innocent call Debt Shield of Hollywood. They are my superheroes!!!!! Thank you again. Steven Rayner
