Deere & Comany

I waited on hold to speak with parts for 50 minutes only to be told I needed to call my local John Deere dealer. I should have know I was going go to get not get good customer service when the person who answered the phone did not know what a wheel loader was. Train you people John Deere, train you staff, teach them what the John Deere buck symbolizes. Quality, Integrity and Strength. Unfortunately no longer found at John Deere...

The front part of the main building had several Deere vehicles, some smaller some pretty large. My small boys had a blast looking at them, sitting in them, and pretending they worked. Grounds are very beautiful and well maintained.

JOHN Deer has a great product, as American as Applepie, Baseball, Chevrolet, Etc... but the distribution center in Graniteville SC is not even sub-par, "It's terrible!" The people are nice but their sense on urgency and professionalism is lacking in every aspect. I am a professional Truck Driver, my DOT clock is running out, due to sitting in the parking lot for 4 hours. I ask them do they need my phone # too call me to the dock, they replied, we'll find you. They even had heads up I was coming. John Deer this place is a joke.

Great time for my kids to see and explore some equipment and enjoy some exhibits. Clear signage for parking and information.

Couldn't get in for a tour and no one answered the phone and no response back from email... But overall a really cool drive in and building and especially for how old it is
