After 20 years in law enforcement , serving as a peace officer to the elected district attorney, helping victims of crime on the north coast of California and Oregon , my firm was established to help those facing some of the most difficult times and stressful areas of the law; Criminal accusations and dissolution cases . Over the past 25 years , I have successfully tried every kind of criminal case both from the prosecution and the defense side of the bar. I have been an educator , teaching evidence , constitutional and criminal law . An instructor in academy courses and a training supervisor for deputy district attorneys. This experience is now put to use for each and every one of our clients. We are the only office in Del Norte County certified by the Better business bureau and we take service to our clients seriously.
