I wish we could have met them under different circumstances, but honestly, I was happy we went with them. First person I talked to was Margie and she was amazing. Compassionate, listened really well, and kept us in the loop (would call and email all the time to keep us up to date on what was going on... even if there was no new developments). As some of you know it can be a scary time losing somebody and having no prior experience with lawyers you want to make sure you're not getting screwed or left in the dark or both... so information is key. Just as great was Tony. Smart, funny and a kind guy (and our lawyer). Really connected with my mom and myself. And he was always there to answer our questions, check up on us and just really explained everything so well. I think when you lose somebody, it's hard and you're always distrustful of anybody you don't know. But Tony showed he was somebody we could trust, count on and had the experience to back it up. All in all, I would definitely recommend Tony as a great, capable and caring lawyer. The firm has an excellent staff (which is a HUGE deal). And I all I ask is that ya'll stay the same! I met Daniel Smith at a Personal Injury seminar and his presentation was excellent, but more importantly I felt he was a kind person as well.
