Do you want to close on your home? Don't expect to if Alexander Demchenko is your seller's attorney. You won't hear anything after you go under contract either - not through email, phone, whatever else. The lack of professionalism is stupefying. Your experience will be 1000x worse if the property is a new development since you won't be informed of delays or have any communication from the developer. I would not trust any parties associated with this attorney either. Please stay clear of working with this man.

BUYERS BEWARE: Alexander does not respond to any emails or phone calls once you’re under contract. He left the country and didn’t tell anyone, delayed closing multiple times and did not communicate with our attorney or agent once during the whole process. This entire company and those they’re associated with including Core Reality and LuxeHome Renovations seem like a complete scam. They should not be allowed to operate in any capacity considering they can’t even figure out how to respond to a simple email. I suggest staying as far away as possible and do not expect to close on any home with them.

Nazar is one of the most unprofessional, unresponsive, and least trustworthy lawyers you will find. Strongly urge others to avoid him at all costs (either as a seller or a buyer).

These are some of the most unprofessional lawyers I have ever had the experience interacting with. They will not respond to you in a timely fashion, and constantly delay closing dates. If you want little to no communication from a seller than you’ve found your firm.

Nazir screw us up with the credit that the seller was suppose to return us. Not attentive, not professional at all. What respectful attorney will promise to help for free. None. Only the one who knows he screw up, and wants to shut your mouth, with promises on the closing day and in the end does nothing and tells you he is not doing whatever he promised anymore. I would give 0 stars if i could. Please find someone reliable when buying a house!
