As I visited Sam's office I noticed that he has a well established business. His staff is very friendly and they handled their business very professionally. I felt delighted and confident every time I called their office. They were always polite. Sam always answer all of my questions. While we still have a few steps to go thru to finish the case, I am confident that Sam will finish this case successfully. Thank you Sam!

1/21/21 Update: Hubert, the Director of Operations for Denton Peterson Dun, LLC did reach out to me today. I was appreciative of his attempt to "make things right" and wanted to update this review to reflect his efforts. I also took the star rating from 1-star to 3-stars for him taking the initiative. Since so much time has passed, I did state that I really didn't need them to do anything for me at this time since I've moved on to another law firm. However, the fact that Hubert did reach out was refreshing. 12/28/20 Update: Still not aware of the owner attempting me to contact me as suggested per the owner's response, "We have reached out to you to make this situation right and offered to resolve the problem in your favor but we never heard back from you". My email information hasn't changed and I ready to discuss since I would love to have this "situation right" and to "resolve the problem in my favor". Still waiting... 3/11/20 Update: Lowered to one star from two since I still have not been contacted as suggested. I value honesty in any business I work with or recommend. Previous Update: Responding to today's response below by the owner... I'm not aware of any attempt by your firm to reach out and "make this situation right" or an offer to "resolve the problem", however, I'm always open to a fair and honest discussion. You have my contact info, email is best, and I will definitely discuss once contacted. Original Post...Be careful if you're promised "if you decide to move forward we'll apply that (the consultation fee) to the retainer". It may not be what you’re expecting; it definitely wasn't what I was expecting. In my opinion, it was a misleading statement made during the initial discussion by Sterling Peterson. I feel a more accurate statement should have been the consultation fee will be "in addition" to the retainer. However, what I consider to be more accurate wording may not be as enticing when trying to get a new client in the door. I would have moved forward either way, because I liked what he was telling me, but I really felt misled once the billing arrived. In addition, I had a similar letter drawn up by another attorney (unfortunately she moved out of town) for less than half the price and she did an excellent job. I will say the service was good, but this experience, whether intentional or not, left a really bad impression on me and I will look elsewhere in the future.

Samuel Dampt is very professional. Always responds immediately. My go to attorney for all professional advice, very genuine. I Highly recommend him.

I have been working with the team at Denton Peterson, P.C. over the last couple years. Yes they are VERY good at what they do but for me, their communication style and frequency was most important. They set proper expectations, requested info with timelines that were not unreasonable and very professional! I have been very impressed with everyone I have ever worked with. Oh and they Won so that’s important ????
