Cody and Kate both were both very understanding with my situation and gave me time to get my affairs in order before paying them. They’ve both been very honest with me throughout my multiple cases. I wouldn’t ever consider a different lawyer in the future. Cody Is a shark in the court room but still carries himself professionally and never tends to judge you no matter what the case may be. By far the best attorney In the lake area and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
100% agree with Amanda's review 5 months ago. No disrespect to the firm's principals but avoid their young and inexperienced lawyer - Randall. In May 2017, failed multiple times to file proper documents on simple guardianship. In court, judge had to stop his questioning and re-direct his focus on what court needed to know. Clerk told me there needed to be same document filed for mother and father since two cases. Informed Randall. Said he didn't know why circuit clerk said that?? By that afternoon, court issued "show cause" for lack of documents. Firm's paralegal was ONLY reason he accomplished anything. When pushed, he blames his clients. Avoid Randall unless its simple like a parking violation.
VERY unsatisfied with this firm!!! Very rude, uncomfortable environment! Desk clerks and Dan were very difficult to talk to! Did little to nothing to work on my case. Pretty much pushed it to the side. Even talked to me about my case and made no sense, turned out he wasn't even looking at my file..STRAIGHT GUESSING just BS. LONG STORY SHORT... plz do your self a favor and seek out any other attorney then this firm. Ps.. this is the 1st review I have ever made good or bad on any business in my life.. I felt so strongly that I had to!!
