**UPDATE** 8/19/2022 Less than 1 hour after I posted this review on 8/18/2022; I "finally" received that call back that was a couple of weeks in the making. The lady I spoke with apologized for such a long delay citing that they get a lot of online requests. She asked if there was anything she could do to make me not upset/disappointed (paraphrasing) with them. I told her 'No' but asked a question pertaining to my situation anyway. At the end of the conversation she asked me if I would remove my review. I told her NO....BUT I would redact this review adding that a call was returned. So this is me redacting the review. 8/18/2022 I did not personally visit that place as I am living living out in Ohio. However I did call them to see if they could help me with a lawsuit that I wanted to file against a company. I told my story to the person I spoke with on the phone and she said that someone would call me to see if I had a case since the place I wanted to sue is out in Florida. This was several weeks ago and no one has ever returned the phone call for any follow up information or to even tell me if that is something they could pursue on my behalf. Seems like they dropped the ball on this one!
