Josh Madson and crew was amazing! I was a pedestrian walking when I was struck by a man in his vehicle. What followed was an arduous and painful recovery process. Though it took a long time to finally complete my settlement, Josh and team were always there trying to make it quicker and help me get the most out of my treatments and settlement. They helped me through every step of the way. Josh was able to get me procedures, treatment, and recovery options without needing me to pay anything out of pocket. My funds were extremely limited at the time, so this was an incredible blessing. Josh was able to get everything on a lein so I didn’t have to worry about coming up with the money for anything. Everybody was paid once I received my settlement at the end. He was very patient and consistently kept up on the settlement and treatments. Anytime I had questions he explained them to me thoroughly so I understood. I would call him when I had pain and he would have a plan and tell me where to go or who to talk to. This process went on for over 5 years!!! Yet he was still as patient, kind, and respectful as day one.
