The experience I had on the phone today with the representatives of this firm have me feeling hope; the likes of which I have not felt in some time. The people who talked to me today exhibited a level of compassionate professionalism that was inspiring. Neither they nor I know if they will be able to help make this wrong into a right but, the way they represented themselves leaves me confidant that they will do everything they can do to try and make that happen.
