I was charged 3 different amounts for the same service rendered (between $45 and $1000) for Correspondence alone (A simple e-mail). I had hours of trial preparation that were never used in the trial, but I was charged for anyways. Even though I could prove perjury via admission on messenger vs the allegation made that had my custody lowered in the first place, the issue was never addressed and the records obtained through the process of my ex perjuring herself, were never removed from the court and used to frame me as a bad father, which resulted in further reduction of my custody. Even though, by all rights I had spent the last year doing exactly what the court wanted me to do. My daughter is now living in a dangerous, hoarded up environment, that if I called CPS for, then she would be put in foster care, instead of being allowed to live with her father. Something that was mentioned, and admitted to, in the court, when in fact I presented pictures, record, and testimony of being a stable father and providing a stable home. If you want Justice? Steer far from here... Veterans beware... If you don't seek help, you become homeless, but if you do seek help, you could have that information used against you to rob you of your children. You're screwed if you do, and screwed if you don't... LASTLY -- I was quoted $10,000 by this Firm for the appeal process, but was quoted $2000 by another firm. Warning : More Expensive does NOT equate better service! This firm will massively overcharge you, and then proceed to fail to represent you by not presenting prepared for information.

Jud Kidd was thorough and extremely talented not only in negotiations on my behalf but also in dealing with and diffusing the “drama” that goes along with some unpleasant legal matters. He is very likely the most skilled divorce lawyer in the state of Arkansas.

David Parker did Everything Perfect. Listened and made sure I was comfortable every time we talked. He was very professional and Organized the day of court to make sure we had the best chance of victory, which was 99.9% anyway, yet he still did everything to prepare plus some. I won my case, defeated a false accuser. Now I know when we go back when the courts open that our case is rock solid due to his hard work ethic and dedication. Family Law or Criminal I would refer anyone to David Parker and Jud Kidd.
