I found Nick through a search of lawyers near me. I met with him in regards to a personal injury I had at work. He told me he was going to take care of everything. Heard from him a few times, last he said was just about to file lawsuit and just needed the right people. Then, I get a letter in the mail saying he's going to be a circuit judge and he no longer is taking my case. I was honestly freaked out when I seen this because I didn't have much time to file. Cuddos to your new job but I wish I had gotten a call rather than a letter days later. Nick was at least cool enough to set me up with another lawyer he knew, so that was nice.

Nick Kujawa allowed a St. Clair County judge to discriminate against a US Army veteran without contention. I provided this attorney with ample evidence (+200 photos, +10 videos, and 5 years of police reports) that validated my accusations of harassment and violence perpetrated against myself and my family; this completely dissolved the intentionally false accusations put against me. The previous police reports clearly contradicted the accusations from the opposing party, but these individuals escaped perjury charges because no one is treated equally under the law I guess. This case should have been a "slam dunk" for Mr. Kujawa, however, due to some sort of unseen negligence these liars were allowed the opportunity to negatively impact my life and my employment. Thankfully, the opposing party slept through the "Emergency" hearing, so the judge dropped the case. My witness and I were never allowed to voice our evidence and opinion in the courtroom, we were simply pushed aside like secondhand citizens. Anyone could have represented me better in this case, if you want to spend your money without receiving any results this is the attorney for you.
