Absolutely unprofessional. In disbursing funds to the beneficiaries of a small estate, they didn't get the K1's out until the precise day taxes were due - and they sent them by email in a .pdf file. I LITERALLY just got the hard copy in the mail today (16Aug2022). The final disbursement is still pending; personally, I think these people are just too lazy and incompetent to care to serve the people to whom they have a fiduciary duty when those people can't sit in front of them, face to face, and demand that these "attorneys" actually do their freaking job. I wish I could give NEGATIVE stars!
