Donald B Dempsey Jr

I was on time for my appointment, and I ended up having to wait for 30 min. Then, Don Dempsey was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. It was my day off, so I was wearing a t-shirt that I bought at DeLeon Springs the last time I was there. He assumed I worked there and that I "didn't have enough money" to afford his services. Well, I'm a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience. Let's just say his assumption was incorrect. Let's also say that I will be taking my business (and my money) elsewhere.

They don't even deserve 1 star!!! but I have to select one unprofessional and sorry as hell, waste of money, hired multiple cases and nothing was done. me and my family could of saved money with a public pretender and been way better off!!!! they wish it was better circumstances yea after you rip off everyone for money .... i do not recommend this sorry law office to anyone and to anyone who considers using them DO NOT !!!!!

One star is not low enough apparently Dempsey's office will not take on complaints or cases that involve misconduct or abuse of power by Law Enforcement & Government agencies. That pretty hypocritical from a guy who ran a campaign of anti corruption for public office. Sounds like same horse trader just different camp

Don, Lynn, and Lindy always always looked out for my best interest. they were open, honest, and took care of me. Don is A great guy. He is extremely knowledgeable and fights for his client. Anytime I had a question Lynn or Don answered them or got back to me as soon as possible. They did there best to close my case and I am very happy with the outcome. If you are looking for an attorney team, this is the one.

Best attorney in the area. Helped me win a very complex and difficult case. The entire staff (Lynn and Lindy) were very friendly and kept me up to date with everything and always answered every question or concern I had. If I ever need another attorney; I will definitely call Don. I would also have no problem recommending them to anyone.
