They promised to mail my EMD check, I didn’t get it in the mail.So they asked me to wither reach out to the post office or pay $35 to stop payment and resissue the check, So technically I paid money to get my money back. They need to work better on communicating the lead time for refunds with providing some sort of tracking or easy you can ask me to pick it up which didn’t happen “I’d say in my next purchase I won’t deal with them”

Doug did the closing on my property. It was so easy. Having legal advice when closing is invaluable. I will never do a closing without an attorney again.
