Dozier Law Firm L.L.C.

A client of Dozier Law Firm had Doctors orders for Physical Therapy after an accident. This person received treatment at our facility with the understanding that our claims would be paid by the Dozier Law Firm once the patients case was settled . We received a check from Dozier Law Firm that was less than a quarter of the patients total bill marked paid in full. We contacted the firm to discuss why we were not being paid the total amount and we were told according to their assessment, that was the amount they should owe. We were told to bill their client for the remaining balance. Our fees our comparable to all the other clinics in the area so I don’t know how they are doing their assessments. I’m writing this to inform anyone searching for a lawyer to think twice before selecting this one. You may be receiving more bills even after the case is settled and they you tell everything has been paid. We now have to add insult to injury to this patient by billing him the unpaid balance which is over 3/4 of total bill.

This firm deserves nothing less than 5 stars. Every member of the Dozier Law team (administrative staff included) is professional, respectful, and eager to assist clients in whatever way possible. We worked closely with Dustin Hamilton and I could not be more impressed with his sincerity, humility, and attentiveness. It was very clear that he took our case personally and we were not just names on a client list. I highly recommend him or any attorney with this firm; you’ll certainly be in capable hands.

A friend has a case with this firm. It has been 3 years. They do not keep the client informed of what is going on with the case, they also do not return phone calls. Once a call was received from the lawyer or assistant, it was a small child playing with the phone. The lack of being kept involved in the case has just caused more stress and disappointment for the client. When there is contact it is just excuses and more false promises. The client is totally left out of the loop in this case. Since it's not a high dollar case there seems to be a lack of effort to settle.

They handled everything with speed and agility.I was so lucky that Mr. David Dorer saved my case from disaster. I had hired a bill board attorney group and they mishandled my case until it was worth almost nothing and Mr. David Dorer stood Strong and with fire coming out his eyes put his skills to work !!!! No, I tell you !!! They will do better than that.. I tell you this . I will never use another law firm then his firm ! He brought the fear out of the insurance company. They decided that my Case was worth about 7,000 more than they was offering . all thanks goes to Dozier law firm, and especially to the Beast of a attorney!!!. Mr. David dorer !!
