I hired Richard in early August to handle my bankruptcy case. Was helpful until I paid the retainer fee of $700. From there, I did not hear from him for over a month. Would not return my phone calls or emails. I even went to his office and was nowhere to be seen. I had to hire a different attorney since I did not know what happened to Richard. Finally got back to me when it was time to collect more money. I would not recommend him to anyone.
